Anxiety Panic Disorders can be born from regular anxieties.

Anxiety Panic Disorder

You can have anxiety in your life and still be able to have a normal life but it is very hard to live a normal life when you have an Anxiety Panic Disorder.

Unlike a regular anxiety which is often caused by excessive stress the panic disorder which surfaces is like a total out of control feeling.  If you have ever had an attack you would understand exactly what I’m saying. You can be overwhelmed by fear, confusion, the feelings of being threatened  or cornered and feel helpless to the situation your in. Some people may have reactions such as screaming, yelling, hiding, or just being totally afraid for their life. there are cases of people responding violently when they have an attack from their Anxiety Panic Disorder. Everyone reacts differently and certain triggers will make them respond. As far as how it may happen will vary widely from one individual to the next.

An Anxiety Panic Disorder can disable you and have you often in worry as you are they who are effected face everyday life and situations.

A good example is people who drive a car perfectly fine but as soon as they go to a high inter pass their fear and stress kicks in and they may not be able to drive the way they need to go. They would prefer to take a different way or not drive at all. Then there are some who will almost crash just because they have it in their mind that they are going to get hurt and wind up driving unsafely. If you have ever climbed up a ladder and it started shaking you may have experienced a similar fear situation thinking that you may fall and the more you thought about the more it seemed like you were going to. As the fear of falling increased your control of the situation decreased to the point you almost caused yourself to get hurt.

Panic attacks from Anxiety can leave you frozen in fear

As a panic attack begins and the trigger is still in place it leaves you vulnerable as the fear increases with the length of the attack. As long as you stay weak to that particular trigger that haunts you , you will no doubt be disabled from doing certain things. So if you are a roofer and almost fall off the roof of a building which caused great fear and stress from the event you maybe inclined not to work where jobs put you  high above. In fact you  may find yourself with a fear of heights that blossoms into a disorder over night leaving you unemployed. Mentally the trigger has been put in place and it triggers that fear when you get into certain circumstances. Even though you may have been a roofer for many years your mind had just been taught that you can be seriously hurt from being up high and it automatically sends signals of fear that maybe compounded over time. Anxiety Panic Disorders can be caused from any stressful or fear filled event and only surface when only certain situations occur. You may think you will be fine but as soon as you get on the roof your legs may feel unstable, you may lose your balance, and in doing so it now becomes an unsafe place for you to be. Fear of heights is felt by many around the world and even though something as simple and safe as climbing up a ladder to you maybe easy for others it is a sense of helplessness.

A General Anxiety Disorder can eventually lead to an anxiety panic disorder.

The stress that is felt can build as well as the fear that follows. The mind can be very sly when it is trying to protect you as it will make you picture yourself getting hurt or even make you think you will die. Once the mind has it that you are in danger it may do everything in it’s power to keep you out of danger even though the situation or activity it fears may not be dangerous at all. An example of fear from something that cant hurt you is when a bug flies in your hair and you panic to get the bug out. You may know that the bug cant hurt you but for some reason it scares the crap out of you. Your stress level and fear kick in and you panic and scream and run all over the house instead of just picking the grasshopper out of your hair. So why do you have these fears? On many fears it is unknown but for some reason your brain is programmed to be afraid of certain things. The one thing that is know is if it effects how you live your life and takes away from you having a good life then it is time to find and anxiety panic disorder cure. Fight the triggers and win the battle against your anxiety. If your fear is on heights then slowly start facing that fear and climbing that ladder until you feel at ease. If you have a fear of water then go in the shallow part and slowly introduce yourself to deeper water. The old saying about getting back on the horse after you fell off is true. If you hide from your fears they will increase over time. They may not seem like a big problem now but in the future they may hold you back from participating in family events and fun.

So remember a Anxiety Panic Disorder is your mind controlling and reacting to triggers that instill fear in your mind. If you fight the small battles by targeting in on your triggers then you can eventually cure anxiety that you may face each day or eliminate the panic disorder which has kept you at bay.
