Stressed out with Anxieties

Just like a See- Saw your emotions, fears and feelings go up and down constantly as stress and anxiety play a little game of tug-o-war with you. It is hard for many people to understand exactly what your going through unless they have also been a victim of a disorder. If your stress and anxiety is not acute and if it is a consistent agonizing condition," then life is hard".

The Balancing Act

Everyday brings on new challenges for everyone, and for many it is exactly that, a challenge. For people with disorders and conditions that often suffer Anxiety Symptoms then it is much more then that. It is constant stress and fear and the feeling of being overwhelmed and controlled. Sometimes it is just hard to breathe and you just want to get out. Balance is needed and a calmness to help aid you through your day. When your feeling like your on the verge of losing it then take a moment to stop.

S Stop- Just go to the bathroom, go outside, or make a quick break to a spot you can relax for a second.
T Time- Take time to think about what triggered your anxiety and how you could have avoided it.
O Organize- Keep your mind open to your feelings and organize your thoughts. Don't stay cluttered with emotions.
P Pause- Take a Deep breathe and then pause and relax before you go back to work or whatever you were doing.


Stress and Anxiety can be controlled 

By paying attention to the signs and triggers you will "Retrain your Brain" to deal and handle anything. Taking the time to STOP, and reflecting afterwards on how it helped. Coping with anxiety and stress is a constant battle unless you finally decide to get help or rather self help for anxiety. Over and over again I will tell you to read until you start to get sick of me telling you this. The fact is reading is your only true way to understand your condition and the best way to find a cure for your disorder. When the mind gets anxious, is filled with fear, you find yourself stressed or suffering from a symptom, it is the mind that is doing it. The outside world will always be the way it is, so it is easier for you to learn to accept the outside world and change your thinking then it is for you to change your outside world.

Job is Stressful

If you operate without anxieties at previous jobs but the one your at now has constant stress and job politics that keep pounding at you, then change jobs. There are some jobs that are in their nature, "Stressful". Some people handle stress as if it is nothing as their mind allows them to tackle whatever comes their way. Eventually you will find this power as you train your mind to stay in the calm. Stress books and anxiety books will get you to this calm place where you will learn to relax and start enjoying your life and work.
